1. General Return Eligibility
- Change of Mind: We get it, sometimes you just change your mind! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
- Faulty or Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’re here to help! Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund. In such cases, we’ll also cover the return shipping costs.
- Exceptions: Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as colognes and any products that are opened, used, or where the seal has been broken. Custom or personalized items are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Return Instructions: We’ll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Pack & Ship: Safely pack your item in its original packaging (or equally secure packaging) and send it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure it reaches us.
- Processing Your Return: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Shipping Costs
- Customer-Initiated Returns: If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind or other non-faulty reasons, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Faulty or Damaged Items: For returns due to damage, defects, or errors on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used colognes (for hygiene reasons).
- Custom or personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Items on sale or clearance, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please follow the return process and indicate that you would prefer an exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll send out the new product. If there’s any price difference, we’ll either refund the balance or provide a payment link for the additional amount.
